ULTIMATE CWENCH BUNDLE CONTEST

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. SPONSOR

The Ultimate CWENCH Bundle Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Cizzle Brands Inc. d/b/a CWENCH Hydration, 35 McCleary Court, Unit 21, Concord, ON, L4K 3Y9, Canada (the “Sponsor”).

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Target Corporation, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform (collectively, the “Social Platforms”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible: employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment partners, and immediate family members or household members of each.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on February 17, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

During the Contest Period:

1. Visit any Target retail store in the United States.

2. Snap a photo of yourself with CWENCH products in or around store.

3. Photo must clearly display CWENCH products and visible Target branding/signage.

4. Post the photo to a public social media account.

5. Tag @cwenchhydration in the post.

Each qualifying post equals one (1) entry.

Entry Requirements:

• Account must be public at time of judging and winner selection.

• Entrant must be the owner of the social account used.

• Posts must comply with Social Platform rules.

• Use of hashtags such as #CWENCHContest and #ad or #sweepstakes is strongly encouraged where legally required.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without posting on social media, email info@cwenchhydration.com with subject line “Ultimate CWENCH Bundle Contest Entry” and include full name, city/state of residence, age confirmation (18+), and contact email during the Contest Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person/social account/email address, unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.

Incomplete, inaccurate, automated, or fraudulent entries are void.

5. ENTRY CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

Photos must:

• Be original content created by entrant

• Not infringe on third-party rights

• Not contain offensive, illegal, defamatory, unsafe, or misleading material

• Not depict unsafe behavior in retail environments

• Not include individuals who have not provided permission

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is inconsistent with brand standards.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• One (1) CWENCH Cooler – 50qt

• Twenty (20) CWENCH Team Bottles

• Ten (10) Hydration Mix – 45 Serving Units

• Ten (10) Hydration Mix – 10 Serving Units

• Five (5) Sports Drink 12-Packs (one of each core flavor)

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $[INSERT TOTAL USD VALUE].

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on or about [DRAW DATE].

Winner will be contacted via direct message or email using the information associated with their entry. Potential winner must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to complete and return:

• Affidavit of Eligibility

• Liability/Publicity Release

• IRS Form W-9 (if required by law)

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. PUBLICITY & USER-GENERATED CONTENT LICENSE

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display submitted content, name, likeness, social handle, and image for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Target Corporation, Social Platforms, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Contest or use of the Prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures or platform issues

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Unauthorized human intervention

• Network or hardware malfunctions

• Retail store policies or restrictions affecting photography

11. SOCIAL PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or Target Corporation. Entrants release these entities from any responsibility.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering or violating rules.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in courts located in Delaware.
