50 GOAL CLUB JERSEY GIVEAWAY 

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. SPONSOR 

The 50 Goal Club Jersey Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Cizzle Brands Inc., 35 McCleary Court, Unit 21, Concord, ON, L4K 3Y9 (the "Sponsor"). 

2. ELIGIBILITY 

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry (the "Territory"). The following individuals are not eligible to enter: employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, prize fulfillment agencies, and members of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouse, regardless of where they reside) or household of any of the foregoing persons. 

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules (the "Rules") and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. 

3. CONTEST PERIOD 

The Contest begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside of the Contest Period will be void. 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

There are two (2) methods of entry: 

Method 1 – Purchase Entry: During the Contest Period, visit https://cwenchhydration.com and complete a purchase that includes any flavor of Cwench Sports Drink – 12 Pack ("Qualifying Purchase"). Each 12 Pack included in a single transaction constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries an eligible person may obtain through purchase. 

Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name and valid email address on a piece of plain paper and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Cizzle Brands Inc. (35 McCleary Court, Unit 21, Concord, ON, L4K 3Y9) with heading “50 Goal Club Contest”. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than April 16, 2026 and received no later than April 23, 2026. Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope. Multiple entries submitted in the same envelope will be void. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or automated entries are not eligible. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail. Each mail-in entry constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries an eligible person may obtain through mail-in. 

Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries are void. All entries must include a valid email address. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses by the same person to circumvent the Rules will be void and the entrant may be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 

5. PRIZE 

There is one (1) Grand Prize available, consisting of one (1) autographed hockey jersey as described below: 

The prize is determined by the goal-scoring performance of Nathan MacKinnon and Cole Caufield during the 2025–2026 NHL regular season (each achievement of 50 goals by either player referred to herein as a “Milestone”), as follows: 

(a) Both players reach 50 goals: The confirmed winner will have their choice of either one (1) Nathan MacKinnon signed NHL jersey or one (1) Cole Caufield signed NHL jersey. The winner’s selection must be communicated to the Sponsor within the deadline specified in the winner notification. (b) Only one player reaches 50 goals: The prize will be one (1) signed NHL jersey of that player (either Nathan MacKinnon or Cole Caufield, as applicable). The winner will have no right to select an alternate jersey. (c) Neither player reaches 50 goals: No prize will be awarded and the Contest will be void. The Sponsor shall have no obligation to substitute an alternate prize in such event. 

Approximate retail value of the prize: CDN $800 (subject to availability and market value at time of award). Prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize has no cash value and is not transferable or assignable. No substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with receipt or use of the prize. 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

On or around the week of April 17, 2026 (and provided the Milestone has been achieved), the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period to select one (1) potential winner (the "Selected Entrant"). 

The Selected Entrant will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw. Up to two (2) attempts to contact the Selected Entrant will be made. If the Selected Entrant cannot be reached, does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries. 

Before being declared a winner, the Selected Entrant must: (i) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; (ii) sign and return the Sponsor's Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release form within the time specified; and (iii) comply with all other Contest Rules. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing conditions will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. 

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION 

As a condition of receiving the prize, and as required by applicable Canadian law, the Selected Entrant (if a resident of Canada) must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. 

8. PUBLICITY 

By entering the Contest, and except where prohibited by law, each entrant consents to the use of their name, general location (city/province or city/state), and likeness by the Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes related to this Contest, without further notice or compensation. 

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting potential winners. Such information is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://cwenchhydration.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein and as necessary to administer the Contest. For greater certainty, by entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to receiving electronic communications from the Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Contest (including winner notification and prize fulfillment) and commercial electronic messages unrelated to this Contest.  

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By entering this Contest, each entrant (and, if applicable, a confirmed winner) releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in the Contest; (ii) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or (iii) any typographical, printing, or other error in these Rules or Contest-related materials. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic transmissions or network connections; (b) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries or release forms; (c) technical failures of any kind; (d) unauthorized human intervention; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in this Contest. 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time without prior notice, subject to approval of applicable regulatory authorities where required. If the Contest is cancelled or suspended, the Sponsor may, in its discretion, conduct a random draw from eligible entries received prior to such cancellation or suspension. 

The Contest is void where prohibited by law. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, and local laws and regulations. This Contest and these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of competent jurisdiction sitting in Toronto, Ontario. 

All intellectual property used in connection with this Contest, including trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, is the property of the Sponsor or its licensors. All rights reserved. 

12. WINNER LIST 

To request the name of the prize winner (after the winner has been confirmed), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Cizzle Brands Inc. (35 McCleary Court, Unit 21, Concord, ON, L4K 3Y9) with heading “50 Goal Club Winner”, within sixty (60) days of the Contest End Date.
